Life in BTC Havent Change

Haiz.... I already talk to my Business Consultants(BC) abt my working schedule and some pro at BTC..... I even talk to evon(my RM) abt my school holiday that i can work.... BUt she say to me that she dun need me to work there everyday as she have enough manager to cover..... Once she say that i feel quite sad abt it... As she take me as EXTRA manager.... I also need to enough money to support my own self... She also say to me that she will attach me out during my school holiday.... It still no changing abt my working schedule... Then i need to find other jobs already liao... My heart feel pain that all those thing they had done to me......... N i have no one to turn to.... All my working pro i tell my sch friend.... And most of them told me to find a other job since BTC dun need me anymore... I know that my BC try her best to help me i really appreciate it some much... I give BTC ti many chance to improve on my working schedule but still the same... It this thing keep on happen is time for me to find another jobs.... n resgin from MCdonald.... Everyday i think what going to happen to me nxt .... It BTC dun need me anymore pls inform my BC so that she can transafer me out... Dun Keep quiet n pertend that they need me but actually NOT.... I plan to resign by end of nov.... It i find a new job.... I already had enough of all the nonsense at BTC.... Now the thing i can do is pray to god that i WILL FIND A NEW JOB BY NOV.....

It already ne month i transafer to BTC... But it still the same no improve.. Feeling like want to resign form my mac... But when i think it back it i resign they think that i cant take it as a changelle for me... I now very confuse what should i do/????? Firstly they never put more day to work..... I already say to them that i can work every fri(closing),sat(closing), & sun (M2) but they just put every sat n sun only i work ...Hiazz..... I also dont know what to say n do... All of my friend ask me to voice up to my next level of management... I feel wanna voice up to my BC( Business Consultant) It my schedule still no improvement... Plus now my store is 24 hour mcdonald delivery but only every friday n sunday... I also resquest to work for the 24 hour but they never give to me..
Tomorrow i got work n see my schedule it still no adjust then i am sorry to say that i need to voice up already liao.... To me working at BTC is like hell.... No happies at all only suffering all the way...

WORK IN BTC IS DAMN SUCK.......

I am sick n tired with my school work plus my work at btc.... u wanna know why i say i very tired work at btc... I tell you why... Firstly over btc they down manpower... and everytime i need to run station.... Secondly the manager over there they are not so close... What i mean by that is they are lack of comminication.... I still remember the 1st day at btc no one tell me which crew is good at which station..... It no one tell me which crew is good at which station then how i going to run shifts??? Every time i go to work i very bored.. But i really like to work in the evening as some of the evening people are fun to work with... But what to do btc culture is already like that.... But i will try to change some of them... hiaz....

Sorri to keep you people waiting for my blog.... Very busy with my schooling and working... Let me write from the start of the month of june...... My school re-open on 20june.... during that day i drive car to school.... I fetch syafi'i from his house then go to school... As his house is very near to our school...Once we reach school... we check our new classes.... I find out i the only class from 1A to 2E... Feeling lonely about the new class i just kept myself quiet... But i take my own initiative.... But soon the later i get to know... they are joke people... Epecially Sanjiv and Khairil they everytime qurrel about the cca... I cant stop laughing....Hmm... My working life now... Strating from july onward i will be transafer to bedok town centre mac... I gonna miss my old macdonald at paya lebar... As i was a crew from there... Then from crew then i promoted to floor manager...I was train from there... For begining it quite to gain a respect from them ... as some of them is jealous about me get promoted... But i dont give a damn to them.... I just to my work....So on the 3 july is my first day to btc... Hope that the crew is like SPST always happening n joker...

Hie.... I am back for my blog... Just feel bored in class so i just write my blog ... Hmm... about my 1st day at btc.....
Nothing much to say about them la as it was my 1st day at there.... But i can roughly tell you about them.... About the crew some of them are fun to work with... But some attitude problem..... But after i punch out of my work... i message one of my ex-manager and i told her about my new store..... I did inform her how i feel about the crew over there....
I say that i will be firm with some of the crew got attitude problems... But she say that it just my 1st day at the store...She also ask me to give some time to get know them better.... Dont judge the book by it's cover........ But down there the businees is much better then my ex-store at Singpost....
Nothing much to say now....
